A really nice walkthrough of what Goverlay and Mangohud have to offer.
I’m mostly using goverlay to enable optiscaler for customized frame upscaling and eventually frame generation.
But upon launching it, I was greeted with a major update as it seems like and may need to reconfigure… but not today 
Besides the stats, I use MangHUD for limiting FPS on games that either don’t need to run at my monitor’s max Mhz or if the game runs too hot.
This. I mostly use Mangohud. Newly added HDR and Wayland support and use the generated command for steam.
