Gnome Super Button Dock & Search on External Displays

Gnome super button dock and search to open on the display where cursor is currently in. I think I might of experienced this design on Pop! OS. Another way to describe this would be switching the primary display to wherever the cursor is.

Does anyone know how to configure in order to have this feature?

To further detail, I attached an image from the GNOME development blog which shows the default activity launcher in a dual screen context.

I am trying to figure out a way where the monitor in which the cursor is currently in to be selected as the monitor where the search field is on the top and the active apps are in the bottom.

It would be really useful especially with setups with monitors physically in different areas.
