Gnome 42 screen recorder

Hi

The new option to record screen in Gnome 42 is working correctly, after clicking on PrT Scr and choosing the option “record”, however, there is no option to record in mp4, only in webm, unless I have seen it or do not know where to change that option.

I hope that in the near future this can be improved.

You may be stuck with webm format for now.
If you need to convert to mp4, try ffmpeg
