I have summarized this once: Found a solution, in /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/20-connectivity.conf change the uri to uri=https://networkcheck.kde.org restart NetworkManager and it works!! source: https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/keai0g/does_anyone_know_if_this_is_normal/
