Games not opening (Steam)

I`ve just noticed a problem with my games not opening. When I open a game, it loads for a second and then aborts.
In most games, nothing even shows, but Nier: Automata gave a message: ERROR: Graphic::Startup() FAILED. No Graphic Memory.

My Nvidia drivers are installed and Steam is using compatibility mode with Proton. No variants of Proton are working (9.0-4, Experimental, Hotfix).

The only method I found is using a launch option - “PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%”.

I’ve recently reinstalled the whole system and before that all games were starting up from the box without launch options. I’m a newbie and don’t know what happened.

you have version -devel for spirv and Vulkan maybe this can be the issue

if that’s an issue, what exactly should i do?

found a bit of new info. apperently something with vulkan drivers, even if they installed
