But I was wondering about the comment during a random encounter I had as of today in terms of weather forecasts: someone meant that he totally lost trust into any forecasts as they*re wrong all the time.
An opinion that I don’t share at all.
It never has been easier to access and to compare different forecast models
That are 10 different forecasts accessible for the location where I’m at. Cross referencing these is definitely a viable way. Only the website (windy.com) recently shortened the accessibility for specific models and introduced an AI based services on their site the essentially takes the different prediction models into account.
I did this more or less manually, just to check where the majority of forecasts do agree and to see where are some outliers across them.
Been struggling to breath and now I know why, this is about 500m from home.
