I’m sorry you feel this way about the forum, but none of us are devs in the Discourse team.
The only thing we/I are doing is keeping the forum up to date, Discourse clearly has a path they are following and to be honest, for a free (as in FOSS and costs) and open source project, because that is the one we are using, I think it is a pretty good forum and I’m very grateful for it.
