Not sure if this is a website or Forum problem, or even something on my end. I tried to login to forum on my phone. I thought I knew the pass, but apparently I did not. I decided to change it through the login page. I chose “Forgot Password” link. It then showed my email, and a Reset Password button. Click the button and I get this message saying I “should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password shortly.” This does not work at all. I tried it yesterday, and today also. No email was sent for any of my attempts.
Maybe in your spam-folder?
Now I feel really dumb. This has happened to me before. I just forgot to look there. You was correct. Spam is where they are going. Maybe someday someone will fix this stupid problem…
That would seem to be you, to add the forum as a trusted sender, so it doesn’t get moved to the spam section of the grocery store.
Sure that’s a bandaid, but not the reason why it goes to spam folder in the first place. Its interesting that some emails make it to the inbox with no need to add it to a trusted sender list. This implies that there is a correct way to format emails. Maybe choose proper verbaige…There’s a plethra of reasons why this forums emails trip the spam filters. A trusted sender list has nothing to do with it.
Interestingly, I discover a way to see the raw email. Maybe Im wrong, but I think I see why its going to spam.

This a reference to the rsa-sha256 signature.
This is a reference to the ed25519-sha256 signature.
From Mailhardener > How to use DKIM with Ed25519
Please be aware that Ed25519 DKIM support is currently very limited amongst most email services. Most DKIM signing software does not yet support signing with Ed25519 signatures, and most verifiers (receivers) cannot verify Ed25519 signatures yet.
Never rely on Ed25519 DKIM signatures exclusively. Email signed with Ed25519 DKIM signatures should always include a fallback RSA DKIM signature.
Perhaps Yahoo! does not support ed25519-sha256 signatures. In any case, DKIM was passed on rsa-sha256 (the fallback), so I suspect that’s not the issue.
Both of those signatures passed for me. But I’m not using Yahoo!.
