yes true, but since it is a Flathub management app it is logical flat version to be the most recent.
the AUR version is few versions old, May 2020 1.5.3.1 https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/flatseal/
the FlatSeal is august 2020 1.6.2, and I remember using 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 before this 1.6.2 current.
Flathub version 1.6.2 is from 2020.08.28 one day old (15 hours based on github) and available on flathub. as a comparison supertuxkart has ver 1.2 via now, but no flathub version it is still on 1.1 version.
