Flatpak runtime org.kde.Platform branch 6.8 is end-of-life

Is there something we need to on this? after running “flatpak update”

Make sure you run flatpak remove --unused to remove old runtimes.

If it still there after that, it means one of your other flatpaks depends on it.

It’s your OBS Studio still using that EOL runtime.

Keep an eye on this issue tracker:

You can either ignore the info for now or uninstall the flatpak version and install the repo version.

even if you uninstall flatpak and reinstall it again. some settings of old flatpak remain
that will still troublesome for future install. i learned this hardway which still install old breeze-dark EOL that i did not use for so long. gladly i solve this by removing traces at /var/lib/flatpak maybe relatable with dealing with EOL setting.

Can you specify what I should remove?

I remove all of them since i want to reinstall flatpak and its applications all over again. i dont have much time thinkering which is which.. flatpak uninstall --all --delete-data, pacman -Rns flatpak, then i delete flatpak directory and its file inside .local/share/flatpak and /var/lib/flatpak
Reminder to backup all import files since this procedure will uninstall flatpak and its apps

The command is

flatpak list

For deleting a application

flatpak uninstall org.nameherfromflatpak
