I detest Kdewallet. HATE it. I never enable it. All of a sudden, after the Plasma 6.1.1 update, when I log into EOS, I’m greeted with this…
My WiFi won’t even connect unless I enter a Kdewallet password. Same for signing into Bitwarden. 
Anyone else seeing this? How can I deactivate this NUISANCE?

I noticed the same thing. I never wanted it, I never had it, Plasma 6.1.1 simply activated it.

So damned irritating. From way back in the early days of KDE Plasma, I hated it. It kept me away for a while. Whether it’s an OS or a DE, forcing something like this is ridiculous. It should be opt-in, not opt-out.

Downgrading kwallet-pam to 6.1.0-1 temporarily resolves the issue.

For that you need to have installed kwallet manager. Am i right becuase i dont have that settings

Well, the other method usually works even while using i3 or other environments. You may need to delete the folder first.

Looks like I updated about 5 minutes too early to avoid this 
I noticed it too and had to put in a password.
