Fingerprint driver for Shenzhen Goodix Fingerprint Reader

I am looking for drivers for the fingerprint sensor for my laptop, Lenovo Thinkbook 15 g5 ABP.
The fingerprint sensors manufacturer is Shenzhen Goodix and lsusb shows the device id as 27c6:550a Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co.,Ltd. FingerPrint
any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

First off, I have next to zero experience of this. However, I had a look around and found this in AUR:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libfprint-2-tod1-goodix

Please have a look and do some research to see if that is what you need.
