Favorite Screenshot Program?

I’m using EOS Plasma, was curious what everyone’s using to take screenshots to post here? https://forum.endeavouros.com/t/share-your-desktop/91/3094

Looking for recommendations, thank you!

I like ksnip. Has a few built-in editing tools (add text, lines, circles, arrows, crop), which IMO makes it far superior to spectacle.

I started using xfce4-screenshooter because it was the default for xfce. I still use it even with bspwm though, I guess I got used to it. I do like the options though, ability to do the whole screen, one window or a region you tell it. I have each of them set to different keyboard shortcuts.

@Christopher67
I just use Spectacle on KDE. I think Flameshot is supposed to be good.

Thanks

Not for screenshotting machine stats, but still in the same vein is peek, which makes it really easy to make GIF videos of some area of your desktop (terminal, etc).
