Faster scrolling in Brave Browser

Hello everyone, I don’t know if this is the correct forum category for this, so forgive me if it isn’t.

I’m a long-time Firefox user and I really want to like Firefox, but it seems certain web developers don’t. Their sites are optimized for Chromium-based browsers and some features just won’t work using Firefox. As such I always used Brave as a backup for such cases, however, for some weird reason the scroll speed in Brave is incredibly slow. I have to violate my mouse wheel at times to reach the bottom of some websites.

I can’t say if that same issue exists under Windows and I haven’t been able to find any useful information by googling the issue yet, so I was hoping some of the kind people here would have a recommendation or some advice.

the extension Scroll Speed is recommended by many users with the same problem.

Wow this extension is so on the nose that I’m surprised I missed that. It works beautifully, but I’m going to have a look at this imwheel thing, too.
