Fallback initramfs-linux image command execution error

After fresh installion from latest nova ISO,
My system encounterd an error with boot/initramfs-linux-fallback.image
Image might not have generated due to command execution error.
Any help please.I have not tried booting from fall back initramfs yet.
But error is genuine.

Second, we need to see the whole output. The actual error is likely above that part.
