Failed to stat resume device '/dev/disk/by-uuid/

hi everyone ,
Today I had updated the System in which first I updated the mirrors both arch and endeavour os , but even trying to update it, i was getting multiple errors for keys and its sign
On some research i found out to run and update the keys which i did by following the commands :-

sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring endeavouros-keyring
sudo pacman -Syu

even after this nothing worked

after that i went through this post

and tried doing all the steps but somehow the same errors for multiple keys came up and at least
I edited /etc/pacman.conf
and changed SigLevel = Never

and voila it worked , a notification popped up saying me to reboot , which i did

On reboot I was greeted with something unusual

loadkmap: short read
Failed to stat resume device '/dev/disk/by-uuid/94829c5d-b261-4d3d-87c5-0f25511c

[Failed] Failed to start Virtual Console Setup

I have never seen such thing before ever on my EOS
also after the update the system has become sluggish

Luckily the system booted with new wallpaper and some changes , here’s some detail that might help you guys
Its sdb10 , that’s the swap partition and also the UUID displayed in error was not complete , the full value is different from the one shown in error
/etc/stab also has the right UUID value

# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a device; this may
# be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices that works even if
# disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
