That looks like a failing disk or a corrupt filesystem. It is a spinning disk or an SSD?
by chance no second kernel .? saw some pics with same output but seems on current kernel somehow gave such issue, my self i had a kernel boot didnt start on lts works… by chance lts ?

I have linux lts if its an kernel issur you can try to switch. To another by chroot you czn try to install that or try to downgrade by chroot
