sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf Enter password, find the lines that have Community and add # to the start of the line. Ctrl+O to write then Ctrl+X to exit. Run sudo pacman -Syu and all should be good.

If your /etc/pacman.conf has a pair of lines [community] Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist then simply remove those two lines.
