I need to extract .binz files that contain 3d models and textures for Blender. From what I’ve read, on Windows, you can use Winrar or 7zip to unpack the .binz files, but on my EOS KDE with Ark, it won’t let me extract/unpack it.
I have p7zip installed alongside Ark, but it doesn’t work like Windows’ “7-zip” (obviously), so my Ark doesn’t support .binz files.
So, do I need another package to make Ark able to unpack these files, or do I need a specific app for .binz files?
Windows virtual machine for situations like this. I keep one around and share a folder with it using samba. While there probably is a way to do it on linux as far as my research has shown me for the last few minutes. No one really knows the strucuture of .bin | .binz files and they could really be anything.
