Keeping a portable DAC/AMP awake

I was thinking about USB power saving, e.g. if you use powertop or TLP. PulseAudio will also suspend on idle: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PulseAudio/Troubleshooting#Pops_when_starting_and_stopping_playback

I had a similar issue with an external USB DAC that I posted here a few days ago. That 2nd solution worked for me, which is to prevent PulseAudio from going to sleep.
