Everytime I move my mouse, it wakes the PC up from hibernation

The other option I am thinking of is that since this doesn’t happen on my laptop but it does on my tower computer, my only explaination is that the usb ports in S4 state are powered off, whereas on my tower it is powered on, I was wondering if anyone has a gigabyte bios where there is some setting where I can disable the USB ports when in S4 state or to not wake the PC up in S4 state?

Again, I have literally never heard of S3/S4 state. You’d have to ask whomever told you about it.

Anyways I may have potentially solved it for now, I go into Gygabyte bios settings → Power management, ->enable ErP which reduces power consumption when it is either in S4 or S5 state, it also disables USB ports which should in theory stop my PC from waking up if I move my mouse.
