Directly after a fresh install, I log in and it starts the initial set of system updates, which promptly fail:

endeavouros-theming: /usr/share/endeavouros/EndeavourOS-logo.png exists in filesystem
endeavouros-theming: /usr/share/endeavouros/splash.png exists in filesystem

This is a disappointment. Earlier this year, I discovered Antergos was my favorite distro, and a month later the project shut down. Endeavour seems like the spiritual successor, I would love to be able to use this as a replacement.

Known issue. See this thread: Eos-update-notifier update requires manual intervention

Welcome to EndeavourOS @darkoverlordofdata, don’t be disappointed too fast.
Don’t forget to use the Welcome app. you could reach lot of links for help and see also the Wiki, lot of good tips there to start then ask here in the forum when you need.
