Error while installing endaviourOs with dual live boot usb

What HDD? I thought you only had an SSD 1 TB?

No sir i had
256gb sdd
And
1tb hdd

On my laptop

That doesn’t show in the information you have posted above? I only see the 1 TB drive and the live USB 64 GB?

Is the HD an Internal drive in the laptop? I do not see any 256 GB ssd.

Sir i m extremely sorry sorry if I hadn’t mentioned it but what shoul i do now

I only want my ssd to operate the Os
And i want to use my hdd for other storage purpose

Help me sir

I’m really sorry. Was there anything on the HD because it most likely erased it? I guess i didn’t understand you correctly because i didn’t see any 256 GB ssd. I only saw 1 TB drive.

It shows your system as Raid. Are you able to go into the UEFI bios and look at the setting for Raid and see what it shows? Are you able to turn off RST? Or Intel Optane?

Edit: It should be listed under SATA somewhere.

Got into another problem now my laptop can’t access bios

Why is that?

I m trying to solve itt

If it’s booting still on Windows you can hold down the shift key and restart and then go into troubleshoot/advanced and the UEFI Bios or firmware?

Edit: Ive looked at their manuals and they don’t show any info so you’ll have to look at it in the UEFI Bios screen and tell me what the settings show for SATA Mode?

Edit: If there is no setting to turn off RST then the other option we will have to try is adding a kernel parameter to the live ISO on boot to see if it makes it see the drive.

Sir i m trying my hard now i haved many times

Whenever i enter bios using various ways my laptop shows the acer logo and stops

Sir i m extremely sorry for everything i have a lot problems setting these thing

If i m able to recover bios then i want to communicate with u again…

Thank you sir for your time

You can try booting on the live ISO and press e for edit when enter the boot menu item.
then add to the default grub command line.

vmd

If it boots then check if it sees the drive. Post the actual link.
