A few days ago I installed EndeavourOS on VM just to get familiar with it, and now I wanted to install it to an external SSD. I made a bootable USB and when I try to boot I get this error. It keeps going like that…

How did you create the live usb? I’ve not seen this before. Maybe try to create another live usb with dd or etcher.
Edit: Do you have secure boot disabled, csm turned off.

looks like secure boot is enabled to me at first glance 
but yes could be also that USB creation has changed something on hybrid iso file what in 99.999% let it fail in one way or the other…
