Using reflector with --country flag gives error:
sudo reflector --country Netherland --latest 15 --fastest 20 --protocol https --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
error: no mirrors found
Isn’t it/shouldn’t it be “Netherlands” instead of “Netherland”?

You might want to add some German servers, as well.
just use reflector-simple the gui frontend to reflector. It’s there in 
repos
