This means that you have most recent version of EFI loader installed. No need to panic.

It is indeed harmless but it shouldn’t raise an error, maybe a warning.
It isn’t technically faulty it just spits out a error that the most recent version is already in place
So this situation is handled poorly

I think that message has different wording on different languages. In Finnish it is something like “Error: Action was not be able to complete”.
