Hey guys, im trying to backup all of my installed packages on my computer in case I ever have to go and reinstall the OS. Anyone know how to do this?

How do you save all your installed pacages so you can easily reinstall them all on a fresh install of the OS?

I use BTRFS snapshots & rsync to external media. If something goes wrong, I try snapshots and then rsync. I don’t mess up with package lists.

Backup of pacman packages

If it is one-time, just comment out the EOS repo and pacman -Qqn. If you want to do it on a repeatable basis use comm and pacman -Sl endeavouros
