Error in qtile using VPN

Hello,

This error came up when using qtile. I have just started learning and when starting the vpn as I would in Xfce this error came up:

org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Object does not exist at path “/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/18”

from what i can see it is related to the fact that this environment does not have a network manager. What can i do to overcome this issue?

I assume you already have installed the system with qtile, right?

You can use the USB installer to boot your system, then arch-chroot to it, and install any packages you need.

Yes the system has qtile installed. It does currently work it just that it seems that a package is missing but it does seem to work ok when using xfce desktop.
