Eos-settings-gnome, what does it do?

Hey all,

In the install process, what does the package eos-settings-gnome do? What am I missing out on if I exclude it?

It is some light theming and settings.

Without it, you should get a completely vanilla gnome desktop.

Ah, I assume that’s what changes the icons and such by default. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything actually important.

Yes, if you want the specifics, you can see what it does here: https://github.com/endeavouros-team/PKGBUILDS/tree/master/eos-settings-gnome.

It is very limited on Gnome.

Background, icons, theme, color scheme, etc.
