Eos-settings-budgie-1.6-2-any.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted

Is anyone experiencing this, too? I’m stuck after having reinstalled the archlinux and eos keyring, initing, populating, reinstalling the keyrings again.

The complete message is:

error: eos-settings-budgie: signature from "EndeavourOS <info@endeavouros.com>" is unknown trust
:: File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/eos-settings-budgie-1.6-2-any.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)).
Do you want to delete it? [Y/n]

I cannot install anything, let alone upgrade the system.
Any idea?

Paul

Please try the following instructions from late @jonathon:

sudo mv /etc/pacman.d/gnupg /root/pacman-key.bak
sudo pacman-key --init
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux endeavouros
sudo pacman -Syy archlinux-keyring endeavouros-keyring
sudo pacman -Syyu

Did you execute the first line of command above as well?

Worx, thanx a lot!

Yes, I renoved the gnupg.
I really thought I’d tried everything. What I did not, is --populate the eos-keyring :-/

Minor omission

Glad you got it working!
