Not a cure for the problem - but I gave up on plugging in (apart from replacing the OS on the phone) years ago. There are any nunber of good ways to file transfer - I use SSH (many options there too - I run a ‘server’ app on the phone, and Filezilla on the main system).
You might have to install ADB and/or Android sync tools, for some reason my i3 would connect to my phone until I did that, which was super weird considering that my previous UKUI Endeavour install did right out of the box.
Maybe it’s a Deppin issue… & there’s no Deepin on the latest iso… they’re not supporting it anymore
