/dev/cgc should not been created here because /dev/cgc/root (=100GiB), /dev/cgc/home (=70GiB) and /dev/cgc/swap already exist !

Oh,I just looked more closely. You trying to use LVM. Calamares LVM support is not fully functional. You have to use some manual workarounds to get it to work.
