Don’t know if it adds anything to the discussion - but I am running Brave (Chromium derived) at the moment. If I click on the emoji button on an existing message - blank. If I am in a reply situation,and click on the emoji button - 
- everything works as per usual.
Does this add anything to the question?

I was looking in the wrong place, yes the emoji button is a plugin and apparently can’t cope with the new update. (sounds familiar…Gnome users?)

It’s okay, rebuilding the forum is almost daily routine over here. 
When you re-login, you can see I disabled it until another update comes along.

Ohhhhh, my english, you kill the function, ok.

The emoji box underneath each posts is broken, I disabled it to avoid confusion on it. It will be back when it is properly updated.
