Can we have same like this Emoji bar in arch (Endeavour) Just like in windows ?

i am fadeup with the default emoji bar in linux which only copy the emoji when clicking

any solution guys

If you’re fed up with it, then sorry to say that I’ve looked for the same thing you want right now, and eventually I just settled down and said to myself, “Emojis aren’t important. Why am I spending so much time looking for something that works like Windows?” ← Again, this is a question I asked myself.

So, maybe you’re using the same one I settled with — emote. I have a shortcut for it and I copy the emoji by clicking on it like you said. But, if my cursor was already in a text field, it both copies and pastes in one click.

Of course, this means I have to tap that shortcut for each emoji, but it’s the best I found.

Gnome has its own emoji picker, for an external tool, you have Simplemoji in the AUR.
