Not shure as I don’t use Bluetooth. But in EndeavourOS Bluetooth is by default turned off. So in that case you would need to enable it so it stays on with each reboot etc..
I’ve been seeing I think the same since kernel 7.0 with my bluetooth mouse.
I can actually use bluetoothctl to ‘find’ it after sleep (powering on and off)
Thanks for suggesting bluetoothctl. I see my device as paired, but when I try to connect to it I get the following:

I guess it’s saying that the “Connection terminated by remote user” meaning my earbuds. Restarting the bluetooth service is still required for me to connect.
There is not that much info about the solution, which surprised me.
