Dual monitor Set up, Apps keep opening on the "wrong" monitor

Running KDE
I’m having a minor problem, that started just recently, several apps, including Firefox, now seem to always open on my secondary monitor. And sure it’s a quick button click to move it back to the primary, but I’m not sure why it’s suddenly always opening up on the secondary monitor in the first place.

Is there a way to force a given app, to open on a specific monitor?

Yes, you can use window rules for that.

Check your window rules in System Settings->Window Management->Window Rules

You may have a rule which is driving it to the secondary monitor. If not, you can add a rule to force it to a given monitor.
