Dual boot with windows 10

I was wondering if the EndeavourOS installer has the ability to install the operating system alongside Windows in a dual boot setup. I couldn’t find any official documentation that confirms this, and I would like to know if anyone has experience with this.

I am currently running Windows and Zorin but will soon be leaving zorin and wiping my drive on my computer and I would like to use EndeavourOS , but I need windows for school and some games Can anyone confirm if the EndeavourOS installer has the “install alongside Windows” function built-in?

If this is not the case, could you please point me to the right direction on how to set up a dual boot with EndeavourOS and Windows?

Yes. You can use the replace partition option to replace your zorin install with endeavoros

There is an install alongside option but that is for when you need to resize a partition

Is there any extra configuration like setting up mount points?

Not if you use replace partition.

If you use manual partitioning, you will need to set your own mountpoints

k thx

Would it change anything since I’m currently running zorin then I wiping disk and installing windows before installing endeavor?

If you wipe everything, install windows and let it use the whole disk then you would want to use “Install alongside”

Thank you that’s what I needed to know
