Your drop-in file looks OK now, and you have the xf86-input-evdev package installed, so you should have the “Advanced” tab under mouse settings.
System Settings > Hardware > Input Devices > Mouse > Advanced
You don’t have it for some reason.
All I can tell you is - it works on my 5 Arch installs, my 3 Debian installs, my 5 various VirtualBox installs, my girlfriend’s 2 Arch installs, and my friend’s Ubuntu install.
I have no idea why it doesn’t work for you.

Maybe some KDE package or extension is missing?
i don’t know if missing some package during update, i want reinstall EOS but i realize if i do i need all things setup again , that’t what i don’t want to do.
any other way to fix this issue or EOS all settings/package reset without losing anything ?
I’m not using KDE so i don’t know what might be missing.

Not orphans most are dependencies and system stuff. You might break you system if you try to remove most of these.
i am not going to remove anything. i want fix that double click mouse issue
i have laptop so i can use touch pad , but if i connect mouse i got that issue , i tried with all usb port . and i got same issue
So your touchpad and keyboard are fine only the USB plugged in mouses have the issue. I still think it’s an error with the kernel driver.

yes i am getting mouse error with LTS kernel too. if it was my mouse problem but i tried 2 mouse , same issue so its not my mouse issue ,

Try the same mouse with eos new iso live environment. And see if the same problem occurs. Not just one but try it a few times with the live. If it doesn’t give you the error then it would be good to do a reinstall and see. Back up everything you need first.
i tried with manjaro KDE . that works fine, i am going to install manjaro, since i don’t have many time to customize EOS again , i will install EOS soon when i got free time .

after manjaro install i got same issue in manjaro too. but 1 day later i guess i got update and its fixed 99% times works fine
So it seems it’s not the distro. Must be the driver then.
