Dolphin freezes when changing theme

Hi!

I’m new to linux, used Mint about 2 years and decided to test arch with endeavouros.

I’ve started customizing my desktop and installed a theme that is on the default store. When I appley my wallpaper turned green and black and the file system froze.

It this normal, and thereś a way to restart the fle system alone like we do in Windows?
