Have a read of this then post the relevant info and someone should be able to help. Also just checking that it is the latest ISO also?

  2. Calamares has install logs that can be copied over, which would help. Is the drive showing up in lsblk?

IF you have no partitions, then it sounds like you MIGHT try running GParted prior to entering Calamares, which might include a 2GB BOOT, a SWAP if needed, then your “/” ROOT partition.
