I followed the documentation install-virt-manager-complete-edition. During this process, I had a few hiccups.
Alas, I did not document as well as I should have. But, to the point:
I received two different errors when trying to install ebtables-nft and openbsd-netcat. I installed ebtables-nft, and that is what broke Docker networking, for some odd reason: 
. So, I’m kind of stuck with an application I cannot remove, ebtables-nft and I don’t know how to fix this networking issue. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated! 
Slight update: I think I broke networking on the OS all together
