Dock on wrong display

Weird bug where the dock will only display on my secondary monitor NOT my main, if you look at the screenshots you will notice that whenever HKC is my main display the Acer monitor will get my dock and vice versa

Welcome to the forum @exaspire ,
RIght-click on panel wherever it is > Show Panel Configuration > Manage Desktops and Panels
(at the top)
Drag the taskbar to the other display.
