That’s not a complete update procedure, as the last lines of the output is actually the totally normal user interaction which has to be answered to follow through with the update routine. (unless being configured to skip these parts, which isn’t the default behaviour)

Sure, there are some warnings. But no errors and the update wasn’t aborted,

Is it simply the wall of text which is overwhelming you ?

Außerdem: Wir haben hier auch eine deutsche Sektion im Forum, im Falle das Du Dich lieber in deutsch austauschen möchtest.

Since this is a relatively frequently occurring issue, I recommend OP to separate their update/install routine to be able to see clearly the difference between installing/updating packages from the Arch’s official repo (using pacman) and those from AUR (using yay --aur).

Once they have mastered the procedure, they can go ahead and combine the two with only do it all yay.
