Which config file are you talking about? Is it working now because the usbguard package has been added and given rules based on the currently installed devices?
There is a line in /etc/usbguard/usbguard-daemon.conf
further down that you change to allow and it will default allow any usb device plugged in, but not too long after feeling relief I experienced it again. So I reloaded my system with Ubuntu and have had successful wakeups for two days now. Here is my journal from this morning, hopefully it can help. I’d much rather use Arch but unfortunatley I just don’t have the time to be messing with things much anymore, took me two weeks of dealing with this issue to get around to trying to find help. Hence, why I used Endeavour instead of vanilla lol. Hopefully I can come back around though this was my only real issue that I experienced.

Yes i understood the allow in the usbguard rules i just thought the way you explained it that you had configured some other conf file.
I see the journal but i think it would only be helpful if you had the exact journal from EndeavourOS to compare. It could be that you need to set some ACPI parameter because of a missing ACPI functionality in the DSDT table. (DSDT table is the code run on ACPI (Power Management) events.) Or it could be related to any of the USB pwr management or sleep.
Sometimes setting acpi_osi=“Windows2018” as a kernel parameter or acpi_osi=“Linux”
I think where i would start is looking at your hardware. Check if there is a Bios update and try that first. I realize these things take time. That is the logical place to start. If there is an update then i would start there.
Yeah I did first. All firmware is up to date, grub cmdline only has “quiet splash”
Okay …well I’m sure it’s solvable but it will take some time, effort, & trying different things that you can learn from the Arch Wiki or other sources. You may have to look at more logs and journals too.
why sending text as a picture? insert text as text, if someone want to help and do a research for you mostlikely needs the text
