Not all my computers are online but they are on a LAN and it’s annoying getting the popup that says the connection has limited connectivity. I tend to attach a USB network device to virtual machines on the fly so the notification appears quite often.
Do people not remember when everything wasn’t always online? 
I tried editing /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/20-connectivity.conf as I saw on reddit but it makes no difference.
