I am trying to use a shortcut or command to turn off my monitor, but somehow when my monitor is turned off the OS thinks its unplugged.. which ends up showing the notification for device unplugged followed by device plugged… This ends up turning the monitor on again… I have turned off the sound for this notification as it was very annoying..
But this doesn’t stop the monitor waking up the moment it is turned off. Any help is much appreciated…
