I can not find a way to access deviant art site. Can anyone else get to site?
Hmm… there might be something going on. I used two different sites to check it’s state:
First: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ (fail)
Second: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ (success)
Maybe their servers in some regions are having some issues.

I just found out why. It is my vpn. I turn it off, and I can get site. They do not allow vpn now as far as I can see
I’m behind a VPN too. Maybe your IP has been involved in shady stuff 
Change server and check.

It would appear there is some effort to prevent VPN’s.
Sure enough though, switched end-point and it worked. TOR also worked.
