You can’t easily change the order but you can change the default. The wiki explains how to do it. https://discovery.endeavouros.com/installation/systemd-boot/2022/12/ Let us know if that doesn’t work for you.

I believe you can set the default boot kernel by highlighting it and pressing shift d

It should then put a little arrow next to it. When a new kernel gets installed you’ll need to do it again

Just to complete this for grub (if you happen to use grub instead of systemd-boot), add line

GRUB_TOP_LEVEL=/boot/vmlinuz-linux

(or use another kernel file if needed) into file /etc/default/grub.
