The functionality should depend more on your hardware than the OS. Given you have the appropriate hardware it should run fine.

Tried it on ollama (https://ollama.com/library/deepseek-v3), and on LM studio (https://lmstudio.ai/)
I also downloaded and set up open-webui to use a ChatGPT like interface (https://docs.openwebui.com/)
Endevour OS won’t limit you as much as hardware will
