The forum feels, or seems to be faster, with these browser addons (plugins). They replace javascript downloads from the internet by a ready-made local copy of the script, also saves bandwidth.

LocalCDN is modern fork of Decentraleyes.
There is no reason to run both of them. It should be sufficient to only run LocalCDN.
But, yeah, LocalCDN is great, I run it in my main browser.
